It works, however the data listed above is only for one of the five views, the "high" view. You have to exit the game and restart it to detect the files.
You may start the download for each of the views ingame and cancel the download shortly thereafter then you will see which view has which directory and file names.
The high view is the one with the display/loadspeaker box on top of the pinball seen from the high perspective.
There is also
... high_no_backbox
... medium
... medium_with_backbox
... low
I found that reducing the detail level gave me more fluid gameplay than lowering the resolution, so I play in 1080 with low detail on the late 2009 iMac (Core 2 duo 2.3 Mhz, NVidea 9400 graphics).
I have not yet tried it on my i7 Gforce 560 PC yet, but by knowing the directories I should be able to avoid redownloading all the graphics.
On android with Galaxy Note2 I had no speed problems. I hope controller support will come for all platforms soon, and I still miss my operator's manual pdf download promised in the pledge.
Note: Resuming downloads works similar as with firefox in the current version leaving a .part file if interrupted and the speed depends on the time of the day. Today had 100kb/s during european day time and max speed at 1am (DSL 6000).
