A Lego pinball table with three floors, seven flippers and multiball (around 1:50). I really dig the wireframe rails.

There was a PC pinball game developed by a Dutch brewery - not half bad either

'3-rd Art Pinball' which can be found on youtube is one of the stranger things I've seen.
