Will there also be a "scroll mode" where the camera zooms in to the ball and scolls up and down?

Given the assets are pre-rendered (as opposed to 3D objects rendered on the fly) you could potentially have panning scroll and even zooming, though the latter would require to load higher resolution assets which are swapped on the fly (highly unlikely) or simply to accept a loss in fidelity when zooming in (also unlikely, given the track record of this series.)

All in all, somewhat possible but (in my opinion) unlikely.
