My Big Race USA video got flagged by a track called "Sunshine at Night," tagged from 33:53 - 34:49. When this is NOT actually the aforementioned track, but rather the one used during the Big Race.

Something tells me Youtube is screwed up. Any advice from anyone?

It can't hurt to dispute the claim, stating that it is part of the game's soundtrack and that you're allowed to use footage of the game itself.

Glad to hear it! The first dispute is always "free", as in, you can't get a strike from disputing the first time.
