Wow, this looks really bad. I tried reaching out to them via twitter. Will report back in case I get a reply.

OK, I think I found out what's happening on a technical side:

The game is trying to communicate with https://app.pro-pinball.com/ over an encrypted connection (https). This is being aborted, because the certificate they are using expired on Tuesday. That is usually just a bad configuration and can be fixed quickly.
It's just very curious that they didn't notice for two days...

Very sorry for the problem chaps. It should be back to normal now.

I'm glad that's fixed but it seems pretty clear that nobody is willing to talk about further development at the moment.

GOOD NEWS! I believe it's back up again. I as able to successfully log in yesterday, albeit from a different device, which shouldn't make any difference. I just didn't happen to be using the one that I had been. I encourage you all to try it again.

Playing as a guest would have certain limits?
