Request for an offline cabinet version

Amazing simulation ! Too good to run on small computer screen.

Like many others, I build real hardware surrounding a large screen.
This machine has no other task than pinball. No keyboard, no email, no updates, no internet and therefore no virus scanners.
It is ok to bring the machine online for getting an update and downloading tables. But it must run fully offline. And it must be possible to go back to older versions, if a newer makes problems.

A nice pinball machine with 4k resolution and 2nd monitor has it's price. I don't see why I should run a $15 software on $1500 hardware. What I request is a $150 version which meets the requirements of cabinet builders.
