Configuration lost on any restart

Since a few days, the configuration is lost every time I start timeshock.
Timeshock then tries to download graphics data. When I go into the configuration, the 3rd view in the 1st row is selected - a view I never use.
Also the quality settings, controller serttings, lights and volume are at their default position.

This happens since the day the 'controller settings' popup was introduced.
