Version 1.1.0 Update

thanks for the new update!

low view is good for desktop.
nice to see other upcoming views in the menu, but cabinet doesn't seem to be one of them?

for the nerds, what exactly does the low latency gfx setting do? I am getting half the framerate - which makes it useless. Just want to know what is going on under the hood.
vsync should be disabled for low latency, right?

low latency works good with "high" settings. great improvement on ball control.
with "max" settings framerate drops significantly.

Why did I not receive an email notification of the 1.1 standalone version?. I found out about it by comments on this forum.

It has been announced on Steam. I was notified of the 1.0 version, and modifying that link does lead to the new version.

More stellar customer service.

Be happy if you haven't updated yet. At the moment, I wish I hadn't. There are essential things not working anymore (switiching between custom and factory settings, getting status reports during the game, secrect skill shot, playing in Tournament and Challenge mode) and I would love to have the old version back ;) The new camera is great but the pinball table has lost too many functions in my opinion.
While I am hoping that this is going to be solved at some point I am surprised at the lack of communication here. Just some sort of feedback on when this is going to be solved would be really helpful.

Don't be surprised, it has been the status quo for years now. It's an awful situation, and while I love the Pro Pinball game, devs will have to fund their next kickstarter without me. Such disrespect for users is not acceptable in this day and age of instant communication. Not even a tweet a month. A line or two every couple of weeks would hardly take away from precious "development" time.

I haven't participated in the kickstarter (I did not know about it to be frank) but I completely agree. It would not be too difficult to send an update maybe once a week. Especially when an update brakes essential features it would be good to inform customers when the features will be back.
I love this pinball table. It is the best concerning ball physics that I know and looks beautiful but the communication is really surpisingly weak :(

This update on Steam is not working for me. Screen flashes in full screen mode - this applies to the game and the start screen. I'm playing under Win 10 -i5-6600K - MSI GTX960 -Dell U2713H in portrait 1440 x 2560. In a window, the original view is OK. In Low view the sides are chopped off and the display seems badly zoomed in. The initial dot matrix display was huge and obscured much of playfield.

I have also 'hackintosh'd this PC and the Mac Steam version doesn't suffer from the flashing that makes it unplayable under Windows, but;
1- 2560x1440 view is similarly wrong- see attached screenshot - after shrinking the DMD a lot.
2- not as smooth as I would have thought on this hardware - you can see the ball as a series of images as it moves- playable, but not smooth.
