Some missing original features and more

First of all, thank you. Finally I got pinball I enjoy to play. I loved PC version as well, but that is why some features are missing for me.
1. Change table view. I prefer a bit different look. (There were few views on windows version)
2. Table review, so look closely at different places on table.
3. Most important - restart the game. Once it is stared I cannot restart without going to main menu, but this takes some time and is not an option - it is too long.
4. Some instruction about table hot spots. I don't know where to tap to nudge, tilt, etc.
